Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 704, 4BD Condo in heart of Avon

We loved staying here in Feb 2024 - there were 6 of us from Sydney Australia and we all had plenty of space - great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. Location was awesome, just a short walk, doable in ski boots, to the gondola for Beaver Creek We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great family vacation here. The unit was much bigger than expected and far exceeded our expectations. The location was very convenient to the gondola. The walk was only 2-3 minutes or we jumped on the free bus to the Beaver Creek lodge. Most shopping was walking distance. There are several restaurants in the building too. Thanks!!

We had two families of 4 people. This place was perfect for us. Each family had their own wing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen and living area are very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the mountains with shuttles and the gondola right outside. Highly recommended!!

We had a fabulous vacation here. The Condo is large, clean, and quiet. The bathrooms looked brand new and gorgeous. We enjoyed the balcony even though the weather was cool. We loved seeing the fall colors from the balcony. Great location, so central to everything. We especially loved having two restaurants and a beverage store open. We ate several meals right in the building! Food and atmosphere was great.

The space is laid out perfectly for family/group travel. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Our family had a great stay!!

Great unit for a large group with plenty of space, convenient location and restaurants on site. Would stay here again.

This property was well appointed and contained all the necessary items for items for a wonderful stay. Wonderfully appointed kitchen and working grill were very much appreciated. Bus stop was near to property making access to town easy.

We took a quick 5 day ski trip with. A group of 5, the accommodations were spacious. Everyone had their own bed l, most had their own bedroom. A quick easy walk to shuttles and the gondola at the Westin. We will definitely return!

Quiet, Spacious condo, balcony view of gondola out of Avon. Enjoyed skiing Beaver Creek - what a beautiful mountain. Great place to gather as a family and enjoy some down time together!! Thank you!!

Great Place and Great Host

This location was as advertised. It is was fantastic. You are in the heart of Avon. 7 minutes from Beaver creek and 15 minutes from vail. You have restaurants right there. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice roomy condo for our group of 7 people. We had fun skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek. The shuttle to Beaver Creek as well as the gondola are close by within walking distance.

We were thrilled with this property! The bed layout is perfect for a large group, you are a 3-5 minute walk to the gondola to take you up the mountain, and everything you need is within walking distance. We had a great time, and this was better than what we expected! We also used Baby's Away to rent our stuff and were thrilled with them as well!

Great spot

This condo was perfect for us. Located just 280 steps from the gondola. Rooms were spacious, unit was very clean. We walked to restaurants, etc. Kitchen was stocked and we at breakfast every day at unit and walked to restaurants every night. One note is that it did not have regular coffee maker, but a Keurig instead. No biggie but we hit grocery prior to arriving at unit. If you are looking for luxury with high end finishes, not your place. But if you want great location, clean with a lot of room it's perfect. It's a little dated but in very good condition. I would absolutely come back to this unit if and when we come back to Avon area. Building has good sports bar and liquor store on first level. Thanks for a great stay!

We planned a large family reunion for mid december many months in advance. We put a deposit down for a gold luxurious 4 bedroom unit and my sister rented an adjacent 3 bedroom unit. Without telling me they switched my condo to a value unit on another floor. Needless to say I was quite upset. I am not sure this is even legal. In compensation they moved my sister to a very nice adjacent unit on the same floor. It was a nice thought but didnt do anything to solve my dilemma. We planned on having all the meals together in the bigger unit and this unit being a "value" unit had very limited cooking utensils and supplies- not even pot holders. In addition only one elevator was operable while we were there. My family has stayed in this condo building 4 or 5 times over the last 20 to 25 years and it is very convenient and the units are large and a good value for the money. The management could use some upgrading.

We have rented condos at alot of different places, this was absolutely the best value we have found. The off-season rate for this was amazing for the room and total accomidations. I would definately recommend this room to anyone. It was more than enough room for our whole party plus. Just outstanding. From the check in to the responsiveness from the host to the room to the area, outstanding.

Had great rooms and views and access to all facilities and the MTs. Hiked, fished and enjoyed the July 4 fireworks on the lake. Friends loved the rec center for their daughter

As always, we had a very nice stay. The condo was nice. One guy complained about his queen bed but my bed was perfect and others slept well too. Nice kitchen, living room, bathrooms. Lots of beds! That's key, the number of beds. Good location too. Can walk to gondola at Westin. Plenty of parking. Great value. And finally, the front desk staff is always so courteous, thoughtful and accommodating. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. It was our ninth annual ski reunion. we skied together in High School.

Accommodation was far more than we anticipated. Spectacular views, more than enough space for 10 - very comfortable with all we needed, clean and very very helpful staff.

ci siamo trovati benissimo ,per noi che dovevamo lavorare alla biennale la posizione era perfetta.anche supermercati molto vicino,e tutto quello che serve,abbiamo avuto solo un problema con la tv che non funzionava bene ma sia la signora tiziana ,sia house trip si sono mossi per risolvere in poche ore. quindi un servizio ottimo,grazie a tutti. speriamo di tornare

The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Great for large families. Close to lots of activities in Avon / Vail.

Great location. Lovel spacious condo. Fireplace tools need to be replaced. Noise from dryer suggests that it needs to be service. Temp control knobs missing from living room electric wall heaters.

Excellent spacious accommodations and location. Great restaurants and retail in the building. Easy access to the mountain. Wonderful family white Christmas in Avon and Beaver Creek. Would totally recommend this condo for large family getaway!!

We had 7 guys at the unit....love the location and the space. Plenty of room for all of us to hang after the day. Close to restaurants and gondola. 2nd time staying here and will stay again if we return to the area. Management was great to work with. Clean, etc

Very good space for a large group very comfortable. Kitchen could use some utensils replaced and upgraded. Beds were comfortable but some mattress could be replaced.
