Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 606, 3BD condo in heart of Avon

Great location, responsive management. Good place with easy access to the mountain and vail with free bus service

stayed two weeks. It was great having ski rental place, liquor store, and restaurants! We hardly left the building. Location was awesome! Would like to stay again...Thank you Vail Management for all your help.

Honestly, the condo was even better than expected. Looked nicer, felt roomier, the balcony view was better than pictured. Amazing views of the mountains from both main bedrooms and the living room. Fireplace worked great, room was stocked with PLENTY of wood. Kitchen was beautiful... Huge island, dishwasher, fridge with water/ice maker, private washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit was very nicely and rustically decorated, bedrooms were very nice and each had their own bathrooms and closet space. underground, garage parking available to keep vehicles out of the elements.
The hotel has 3 very good restaurants plus a liquor store right there in the building, on ground level.

As far as the area... Cannot beat it. The gondola to Beaver Creek was prob a 5 min walk, if that, IN ski boots. The gondola takes you right over the highway directly to the base of the mountain and unloads you near the Ritz Carlton. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the Beaver Creek village if you want to be more centralized, and a shuttle that brings you to Vail (which is only about 15-20 mins down I-70). Both of the shuttles pick you up right around where the gondola is, on the street just behind the hotel.

Overall, you're not going to find a whole lot of reasonably priced lodging anywhere near Vail or Beaver Creek during ski season. For what you get, and the location, there's nothing else you could ask for. We even had a perfect view of the Beaver Creek fireworks (which they do on certain nights throughout the winter), right from the balcony. Really couldn't have asked for more out of the place. Would absolutely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay & loved how convenient everything was. Ski rental downstairs, liquor store downstairs, multiple restaurants downstairs, and close to the mountain. Shower/steam room in the master bath was an added unexpected bonus. Everything you could need is in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment for multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, spacious living room with a fireplace. Fully equipped. Just three minutes of walk to Westin's gondola.

Everything from check in through out our stay was excellent. Everything that you may need, is all within walking distance. Entire property was well maintained, with no issues. Thanks!

Our main goal was to find a nice place with plenty of room, on one level, and close to activities. This fit the bill to a "T". It was very comfortable and convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside, and it was not a big one, was that the unit had no air conditioning. Not normally needed in the mountains, but it was warm when we first arrived. That did resolve itself as the weather was cool and comfortable after the first afternoon. Overall a great experience, would stay there again!

It was awesome, super close to beaver creek mountain for our whole family to walk there within 5 minutes. Great restaurants right within the complex too. Everyone was very friendly. Condo was in amazing condition with firewood available for a nice ambiance after a day of tough skiing. 100% would recommend and visit again!

We truly enjoyed our weekend in Avon. The location of the condo is perfect and centrally located to everything. Getting to the gondola is easy. The unit was set up with ease in mind. The kitchen and family area are great for relaxing after a long ski day. The bedrooms each having their bathroom allows privacy. Brian was easy to reach when needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent Condo, clean and efficient. Staff great to work with

The condo was the perfect spot to everything we needed and wanted to do. The rooms worked out perfectly to what we needed. The view of the mountains from the balcony was perfect after a full day of activities, very relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was accommodating enough for anyone with vacation mode yet with a home touch to it.

Family trip to Beaver Creek was a blast. The Condo was absolutely the best, well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay here. It's a bit more of a walk to the Gondola than we thought. The owners are very helpful when answering questions or concerns. Perfect trip for us all.

Short walk to bus or gondola and you are on the slopes. (Important when skiing with a three year old!) Covered, secured parking garage for one vehicle and a second vehicle allowed in the outdoor lot. Restaurants downstairs are all great and it's a short walk to grocery/stores/other restaurants.. Condo is stocked well with supplies. Perfect ski vacation!

It’s a short walk from the building to the shuttle that takes you to Beaver Creek. The owner is easy to work with and prompt with correspondence. We used the kitchen, fireplace, steam shower, washer/dryer and everything works great. Beds were comfortable and not worn out. The building was quiet with restaurants on the first floor. Starbucks is by the Gondola not far from the shuttle.

We really like the location of this condo for walking pretty much anywhere. It was great for our group of six. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is well maintained.

We were very happy with the condo. Brian, the Vail Management Company Manager was very helpful. Several restaurants in the building which was a nice convenience. Location is close to the bus stop. Overall good experience.

Great accommodations and very convenient to Beaver Creek

This is a very spacious and well situated condo in Avon. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. (Except spices, oils,etc.). There are restaurants and food trucks in the basement or out the back door. There is a Starbucks about a block away. As with all mountain condos, if it’s a hot time of the summers, there is no a/c so it was quite warm. There are several box fans in the closets which helped.

Very convenient for skiing beaver creek, good for family

Our condo was just perfect for our stay in Colorado for a beautiful wedding in Beaver Creek. The three bedroom/three bath accommodated the five of us perfectly. The condo was very cozy with a fireplace and was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend it.

The location and the property were wonderful! The kitchen was by far the most well-stocked I have ever come across with a vacation rental. The master bathroom steam shower was an added bonus. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and so much more. Overall a great experience!

Condo was great and just a 5 minute walk to the lift via a pedestrian walkway. The kitchen was well stocked with pans that were in great shape and even a cast iron skillet! There were any restaurants nearby and a City Market grocery store a few blocks away. Management was professional amd friendly and available if needed. The condo was actually bigger than it appeared in pictures.

We were seeking a rental for the month of January. The prior year we had rented a unit in another building nearby. We were drawn to this unit because it was furnished like a home whereas the other was poorly furnished.

The condo was very comfortable and generally well appointed. The kitchen was one of best I've ever had in a rental. This unit was one of the most well stocked I've ever seen. We cooked a lot and there were two things that the kitchen didn't have - a knife sharpener and a non stick pan. Within a few hours of the request, the property manager brought the items, brand new. There was ample storage in the kitchen for our food. The masterbedroom had a steam shower that was terrific.

It would have been nice if there was a table and chairs rather than just barstools on the kitchen island although I'm not sure that there was room for it.

We would consider renting it again, for sure and were extremely happy with communication with the property manager.

My family and I rented this terrific 3 bedroom condo for a month. The location was great. The apartment was truly well furnished with the guest in mind. I particularly found the kitchen to be well stocked for some who like to cook. We found property management to be very responsive to any query or need we had. Parking under the building was easy too. We’d gladly rent here again.

The whole vacation was breathtaking. The condo was in amazing condition and everything was available for use! Firewood was in great supply for a quick start nice night by the fire. Super close to a bunch of wonderful restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the beaver creek resort. Even some board games to play with the family at night! Wonderful place was super clean with nice appliances and even cool views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

This condo was a perfect fit for a multi age and mobility family visit. This was a spacious, clean, well appointed one level unit with a great sunset view. If you are travelling with someone that uses a transport wheelchair, this unit was perfect. They must be accompanied in and out of the building as there are 3 doors to get to the condo and they are not push button powered. Doors need to be opened at main entrance, at the elevator lobby to your floor, and at the entrance to the condo. It had been difficult to find a large unit on one floor until finding this one. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked to cook meals, the grocery store and drug store are a block away, the liquor store is on the first floor of the building, and the best doughnuts in the Valley are only a 2 minute drive. We had wonderful and tiring adventures each day and a place to call home each night. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the stay - condo was clean and recently updated. Plenty of space for everyone and great location in downtown Avon. Building has several restaurants in the lobby that were convenient.

Great Condo, well-appointed and good location.

This property was incredibly clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. Oh, and we loved the wood burning fireplace and the steam function in the shower!
(There isn't a dining room table, but the seating at the large kitchen counter is more than adequate.)

We were visiting Avon for a family wedding. This condo had everything we needed (and more) for our family of five adults. The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family (there is a grocery store literally across the main road from the condo). We were close to Beaver Creek Lodge and the wedding venue.We would definitely recommend this condo and we will stay here again in the future. Our thanks to the owners, Adam and Shannon, for making this a great trip for our family.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the location right in the middle of Avon. Newly renovated so very nice interior! The owners and the property manager are very helpful if you need them.

The condo is designed so that all three bedrooms have their own bath, which is a big plus. The kitchen is well stocked and the family room comfortable. There is underground parking and easy access to the Beaver Creek gondola. We were very pleased with the whole process and will definitely stay again if we're in the area.
