Lodge at 100 W Beaver Creek 607, 3BD Condo

Excellent three bedroom condo, perfect for three couples, exactly as advertised and shown. Amazing kitchen, great views of the surrounding mountains from every window, nice fireplace, and great restaurants and shops right in the building on first floor. Bob’s Place and Tucinos restaurants were great. There is also an Asian restaurant, a liquor store, and a ski shop. Easy four minute walk to the gondola with no lines for each of the five days we went skiing. Nonskiers used the Avon Recreation center each day to work out or swim and they visited the Westin hotel and Sheraton hotel right next door. Easy drives to Vail Village, Beaver Creek Village, and other nice towns nearby. Lots to do. We had a very enjoyable holiday vacation. We had trouble finding the lockbox for the condo keys, because I was trying to open a lockbox at the wrong entrance next to Bobs Place. The place has three entrances. I called Vail Management and they directed me to the correct entrance and lockbox. Good service!

Very cool place to stay! Clean and cute with a coffee pot - we were happy. Bob's sports bar downstairs had great service and good food. Will book again this winter if it's available!

The condo was great! We had plenty of space and each bedroom having a connected bath was handy for the group. Short walk to the bus stop and the gondola. We enjoyed the stay very much!

Excellent location for the Beaver Creak ski resort as it’s a few minutes from the Main Gondola. There are many restaurants and bars very close.

Lots of space. Great central location in Avon for rentals, groceries and small local restaurants. Nice updated kitchen. Perfect for our family of 5, first time skiers.

The easy on/off to the interstate, the restaurants that are located in the building, and ultimately the "hominess" of the property itself, especially the wood-burning fireplace on a snowy winter night. The property is roomy and well equipped. (Note: lighting could be a little better, but that's minor.) it was perfect for our needs and within our budget. Check in and departure were simple. Very spacious property with beautiful views from every room. Kitchen was one of the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Just off the interstate, at the foot of Beaver Creek Resort, you’ll find this nice little condo nestled in the middle of anything that you might need. Our family of 4 adults and 2 kiddos had more than enough room to kick back and relax. The place had everything we needed except food. We filled the fridge, used about everything in the kitchen to prepare meals, and dined as a family at the large dining table. Of course, my favorite part of each day was early in the morning while everyone was sleeping. I took my coffee to the balcony and watched the sunrise from behind the mountains. Great vacation and a very nice place to stay.

This place is very nice with 3 bedroom/bathroom combos. We went with my parents and they could basically stay in their room all morning since they wake up at like 4 am and not disturb us. Also, it is really close to the Avon Gondola which you can go to Beavercreek from and ski back down to. My dad walked there in ski boots several times, no problem. We also used the shuttle to Beavercreek village and drove ourselves the short way to Vail. The other thing that is awesome is that there are restaurants, a liquor store, and a ski rental place in the building on the 1st floor, so you don't really even need to leave. On top of all that, you can walk to the Avon Rec Center in like 2 minutes, and it has a VERY warm heated pool with a zero entry and a waterslide. The pool was so warm we didn't even need the hottub and the kids had a blast.

Large, comfortable and clean unit. 2 good restaurants and a sports bar on property. Convenient to gondola. We parked the car, then didn't drive again until we left. Would have preferred a gas fireplace and larger beds (plenty of room for kings...).

Fantastically located condo with outstanding accommodations. Perfect for 3 couples or family of 6. Highly recommended as the 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom worked great. Very nice kitchen, dining and sitting area.

We had a lovely stay. The condo was dated, but fine for a ski vacay. The main drawback was the poor lighting throughout. There were lots of activities right outside the building.

The location was fantastic: 2 minute walk to a shuttle to Beavercreek or Vail, and 3 minute walk to the Riverfront Express Gondola. The condo was clean and well furnished, albeit quite dated. The kitchen is upgraded, but the bathrooms seem original (circa 1980). In addition, the lighting in the various rooms is completely insufficient. Overall, though, it worked well for me and 2 friends.

We had a great experience with this unit. Staff was friendly and accommodated a request we had to avoid some incoming winter weather. Rooms were spacious and the wood fireplace may have been the best part after returning from a chilly day on the slopes.
The quick walk to the Gondola made for easy lift access and a quick departure from the busy village while we enjoyed fresh tracks at Beaver Creek. Highly recommend this unit!!

Loved the place, the building and the management company was very responsive to a small request we had during our stay.

The overall experience was very good. We especially liked the airflow from windows and doors. I used the kitchen a lot and was good. The convenience of having restaurants downstairs, the bus stop just around the corner and working elevators was great.

Great Vrbo! Would stay here again. Lots of room, Kitchen well equipped, Loved the real wood burning fire place, and the convenience to Vail and Beaver Creek. The only slight negative is the mattresses need upgrading. But Overall great place!!!!

The condo was perfect! It was clean, well stocked and close to everything. We had 4 adults and a baby. The location was great for the wedding we were attending, skiing and all other amenities.

Loved our stay, it was further from the Gondola than we thought so we ended up driving to avoid shuttling with other people. The condo was great, wonderful updates, well-equipped kitchen. Very spacious place that was also super clean. Easy access to many great restaurants as well - some of our regular favorites. We felt very safe here and were happy we found this great spot.

We were very comfortable and love the ease of access to the Riverfront Gondola. It’s not posh, but well kept and met all our needs. The access to the rec center for pool, hot tub, and gym was not convenient enough for us to use, but it you were willing to walk 2 blocks for a hot tub, the facilities were nice. Management was great and very responsive. The walk to gondola was 2 minutes and very accessible with easy green run access for beginner skiers.Liquor store, ski rental, and restaurants in the building were a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

We loved the huge space and bedrooms each with their own bath. We never cooked in the kitchen but appreciated the space and supplies that were there. Good central location, able to walk to stores/restaurants and happy to be able to rent our ski equipment downstairs for a discount. Italian restaurant in the building was very good. Comfortable beds. Great communication with host, very clear checkin/out instructions as well as tips for the area. We had a great time and hope to come back soon.
